Amitai Bartov, Attorney at law

Attorney Amitai Bartov joined the law firm of Ismail & Co. in 2023.

Attorney Amitai has an MBA degree from the University of Technology, Sydney (marketing major), and a bachelor's degree (LL.B.) from the College of Management, Tel Aviv.

​

Amitai has completed his legal internship in a Tel Aviv boutique law firm, practicing mainly project finance, M&A deals, and other complicated financial transactions.

​

As a junior lawyer, Amitai joined a first-tier Tel Aviv law firm. His practice focused mainly on project finance deals (PPP transactions, BOT & PFI), M&As, and providing general legal advice to the firm's clients.

While relocating to Sydney, Australia to pursue his MBA career goal, Amitai joined a boutique law firm, where his practice focused on commercial law, IP, technology, and privacy law to software, web, and e-commerce companies and startups. Amitai also served as an in-house counsel to one of the firm’s clients.

Amitai gained some extensive hands-on experience while serving as counsel to an Israeli-based biotech company, listed in Tel Aviv and Nasdaq stock exchanges.

Amitai serves as a board member of several non-for-profit associations.

​

Amitai’s principal legal experience comprises commercial law, contract law, real estate (residential and commercial), estate planning, and general legal advice.

​

Amitai also serves as legal counsel of First Intro Group, which builds commercial-business relationships between the UAE and countries worldwide.
